The first One&Only resort in Europe will be located at the entrance to Boka Bay. 60 acres of this resort will feature stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. Guest rooms and private villas will reflect the beautiful natural elements of Montenegro and a world-class marina and health spa will attract the travel elite from around the world.

A large-scale project Portonovi, is being devleoped in the village of Kumbor, on the site of former military barracks. The project will include the first European network of hotel “One & Only”, a residential complex of premium, marina for yachts, as well as the necessary infrastructure for a luxury holiday.

The estimated cost of the project will be more than half a billion euros. The project, with a total area of approximately 250,000 m2, financed by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan.

The project will include an exclusive hotel “One & Only” to 120 rooms, fitness and wellness center with a total area of 3,000m2, a conference room, a marina for yachts, over 500 luxury apartments and villas on the 1 line, which will be serviced by the hotel and have access to the entire infrastructure. In addition, the environmental market will be organized within the complex, which will be delivered fresh fish and organic foods in season.

By 2017, the planned commissioning of the first phase of the tourist complex with marina for 250 yachts and sandy beach at 900 seats.

Of the planned 500 million euro investment in the project has already invested about 94 million euros. Already built 30,000 m2, which accounted for 14 tourist and residential facilities.

Running the entire complex is planned before the end of 2017.
